Cambodian “Nom Ansorm” Earns Guinness World Record

Nom AnsomH.E. Khim Bunsong (R, pic.1), Governor of Siem Reap province, receives from Ms. Seyda Subasi Gemici, who Ansomrepresented Guinness World Records, a certificate presenting the four-ton Nom Ansorm, Cambodian traditional sticky rice cake, cooked especially for the 2015 Angkor Sankranta celebration, with the record title of largest sticky rice cake, in a ceremony held on Monday afternoon in Siem Reap province.
