Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended on Apr. 7 in the Chinese province of Hainan the opening ceremony of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2013 together with other leaders from 13 countries, according to the Cambodian National Television (TVK).
Samdech Techo Hun Sen and his entourage were warmly welcomed by H.E. Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China, it said.
The other leaders attended the event included His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulah of Brunei Darussalam; H.E. Nursultan Nazarbayev, President of Kazakhstan; H.E. Thein Sein, President of Myanmar; H.E. Ollanta Moises Humala Tasso, President of Peru; H.E. Michael Chilufya Sata, President of Zambia; H.E. Sauli Niinisto, President of Finland; H.E. Enrique Pena Nieto, President of Mexico; H.E. John Key, Prime Minister of New Zealand; H.E. Ms. Julia Gillard, Prime Minister of Australia; H.E. Abdelkader Bensalah, Speaker of the Council of Nation of Algeria; and H.E. Zandaakhuugiin Enkhbold, Chairman of the Mongolian Parliament.
Samdech Techo Hun Sen also delivered a speech at the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2013.
