Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen held talks yesterday afternoon in Vientiane, Laos, with Vice President of Myanmar H.E. Sai Mauk Kham following the 6th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Vietnam (CLMV) Summit.
According to the National Television of Cambodia (TVK)’s special envoy, H.E. Sai Mauk Kham recalled the good relationship and cooperation between the two countries in the fields of tourism, civil aviation, economy and trade.
H.E. Vice President of Myanmar said his country is going to host the ASEAN Summits and related Summits in 2014, therefore it would like to learn from other ASEAN members including Cambodia.
For his part, Samdech Techo Hun Sen spoke highly of the relations and cooperation between Cambodia and Myanmar and he expressed his strong belief that Myanmar will successfully host the ASEAN Summits and related Summits next year.
The Cambodian premier also urged the CLMV and ACMES member countries to boost more cooperation so as to become a world largest rice exporter.
